AIG Complimentary Home Contents Insurance is arranged by BHG for their members under a group policy issued and underwritten by AIG Asia Pacific Insurance Pte. Ltd. The insurance coverage is subject to the terms, conditions and exclusions of the group policy where BHG is the policyholder. You can apply to be covered when you sign up to be a BHG member. Existing BHG members can sign-up via BHG’s form page.
We will send an email to inform you on the effective date of the coverage. Coverage begins as following:

This plan has a six-month period of insurance from the effective date of the coverage in the email from BHG.
No, the AIG Complimentary Home Contents Insurance only covers your residential address.
You can call our hotline 6419 3000 to notify us of the claim and complete this claims form.
You can arrange for the services by contacting our Home Assistance provider by calling 6419 3008. Please note that our Home Assistance provider will ask to verify your identity and residential address.
Yes, it is available 24/7, including weekends and public holidays. Please note that there is 2 week waiting period from the effective date of your coverage before you can utilize the emergency electrical assistance, pest control, plumber, and air-conditioner repair services.
We cover up to S$150 for the emergency service. In the event the cost of the service exceeds S$150, any amount in excess of S$150 will be payable by you directly to the repairer.
