AIG × Hugosave July - October Insure-WIN Promotion – Terms and Conditions

The terms set out in this document apply to the AIG X Hugosave Insure-WIN Promotion (“Program”). This Program’s Terms and Conditions should be read in tandem with the Hugosave General Terms, Cardholder Terms and Precious Metals Agreement. The terms consist of 3 sections. You may go directly to any section by selecting the link provided. The headings are for reference only. Some capitalised terms have specific definitions, or are defined in the Customer Agreement. 1. Definitions
The Program is a limited-time program offered by AIG Asia Pacific Insurance Pte. Ltd. (“AIG”) and Hugosave between 15 July 2024 at 12:00am SGT to 15 October 2024 at 11:59pm SGT (“Promotion Period”). This Program offers Hugosave customers additional rewards in the form of scratch cards.
2. Scratch & Win
(a) Eligible individuals who successfully purchase a new Travel Guard Single Trip Plan or Travel Guard Annual Multi-Trip Plan during the Promotion Period, will be entitled to ONE (1) sure-win scratch card;
(b) Eligible individuals who successfully purchase a new Travel Guard Single Trip Plan or Travel Guard Annual Multi-Trip Plan with the Hugosave Visa Platinum Debit Card during the Promotion Period, will be entitled to TWO (2) sure-win scratch cards with the following conditions met:
• The policy is not subsequently cancelled.
• The purchase is made via https://www.aig.sg/personal/travel-guard/travel-guard-hugosave.
• The promo code “HUGOSAVE20” must be keyed in to the “Promo Code” field in the user journey and the policy is purchased with “065045” in the “Producer Code” field on the online purchase path.
3. Prize Redemption
Eligible individuals who successfully purchased and met the conditions will be sent a redemption code to unlock the sure-win scratch card at the end of each calendar month:
• The redemption code will expire on 15 November 2024 and all unredeemed codes will be forfeited.
• Each redemption code can only unlock a scratch card once.
• To play the scratch card, you must enter the email address you used to sign up for Hugosave. If you do not have a Hugosave Account, click here to open your Hugosave Account easily and quickly.
In this sure-win Program, you will not leave empty-handed. The sure-win scratch card entitles you to one of the following prizes:• The policy is not subsequently cancelled.
• Sony WH-1000XM5 Wireless Headphones (Worth S$589): a redemption voucher will be sent to the email address you used to sign up for Hugosave within 14 working days from the date of win. Upon receiving the e-redemption voucher, you will have 30 days to redeem your prize.
• A pair of 1-DAY WATERBOMB SINGAPORE PASS with 1 Free Beer Voucher Tickets (Worth S$404): a redemption voucher will be sent to the email address you used to sign up for Hugosave within 14 working days from the date of win.
• 10% OFF AIRSIM Prepaid Card (U.P. S$12): an exclusive promotion code will be sent to the email address you used to sign up for Hugosave within 14 working days from the date of win.
• S$5 Goldback: the reward is represented in Singapore dollars. The value of Gold will be deposited in your Hugosave Gold Vault within 14 working days from the date of win.
• S$3 Goldback: the reward is represented in Singapore dollars. The value of Gold will be deposited in your Hugosave Gold Vault within 14 working days from the date of win.
