We are evolving our digital services and have decided to transition away from the AIG On the Go driving app.
The app will no longer be available for download from the App Store and Google Play Store after 31 December 2024.
The app will no longer be accessible after 31 December 2024. Until this date, you may continue to use the app to log drive trips and unlock discounts. After this date, it is recommended that you delete the app from your device as functions of the AIG On the Go app will no longer be accessible and support for the app will discontinue.
Access to information and history of your past trips will no longer be available after 31 December 2024.
The discount earned as of 31 December 2024 is valid for one-time use until 31 December 2026, which can be applied toward the renewal of your existing AIG car insurance policy or to purchase a new AIG car insurance policy.
In January 2025, you will receive an email from us about the final discount you have earned as of 31 December 2024.
We will be sending the email to the email address registered on your AIG On the Go account. To view the email address registered on your AIG On the Go account, please go to your AIG On the Go app and follow the steps below:

Vehicle number
For your existing vehicle insurance policy renewal with AIG, the discount will be automatically reflected in your policy renewal quotation. For your new vehicle insurance policy purchase with AIG, please call us at 6419 3000 and quote your registered vehicle number to utilise the discount.
No, the discount can only be applied to one car based on the vehicle number registered to your AIG On the Go account. If there is any change to your vehicle number or change of vehicle ownership, you may send us a message at www.aig.sg/contact for assistance.
To safeguard your data privacy, please be assured that all personal data stored on the AIG On the Go driving app will be securely destroyed.
