A 63-year-old from Jiangmen, China, and her husband were on a five-day tour in Malaysia when on the third day, she started to experience severe headaches. Her condition worsened and she was sent to the Gleaneagles Medini Hospital in the city of Johor Bahru. The couple's travel agent then immediately called AIG Travel to ask for assistance.

While on holiday in Osaka, an insured's trip was cut short when she tripped and fell while getting off a tour bus.
